Residents can sign up to email alerts to receive information from First Port regarding maintenance works, management updates and development visits.
If you would like to receive some or all of those email alerts, you can set this up on the First Port website:
- Go to www.firstport.co.uk
- Click on “Your Property Online” in the right hand corner of the page
- Register for an online account or log on, if you already have an account
- Once logged on, go to “My Profile”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you can select your alert preferences
- Click “Update Preferences” and you will be alerted of your chosen updates going forward.
